Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible.

What to expect:

  • It is currently taking 2-5 business days for us to prepare orders for shipment.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
  • After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands. They are working as quickly and diligently as possible to get your order to you even if your tracking may not reflect that the shipper has received your package.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the first scan to occur and for tracking information to update. We are also seeing many deliveries occur without stopping for a tracking scan, a measure that carriers utilize to process your delivery faster.

We greatly appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Once packages leave our facility and are scanned by the shipping carriers, we are not responsible for the packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

We have partnered with Route Package Protection. Due to the unprecedented number of lost, stolen and damaged packages in the mail system lately, we strongly suggest that you opt-in to include shipping insurance for your orders at this time. It is already pre-selected for you at checkout, so by taking no action, you are covered. If you do not wish to add shipping insurance, uncheck the Route Package Protection or remove from your cart.

We ship in the United States not including territories.

SUPPLEMENTS - DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order Processing Time - Supplement products are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday) out of Dallas, Texas, United States.
  • General Transit Time
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (various carriers are used)
