Important Shipping Update

We are constantly reviewing and updating our international shipping options due to issues with packages being damaged by our previous international carrier and due to the current state of international shipping.

At this time, we are gradually adding international shipping destinations as reliable carrier options become available.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following international countries:

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Ireland

  • United Kingdom

  • Netherlands

We plan to add more countries in the future.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and include:

  • Your country

  • Your postal code

  • The product or equipment you would like to order

We will review available shipping rates and determine whether we can ship to your location.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States. At this time, shipping does not include U.S. territories.

 

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occur due to high shipping volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We work to process orders as quickly and safely as possible and appreciate your patience if delays occur.

 

Shipping Insurance

Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, Ozone Purity is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

For added protection, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This shipping insurance is pre-selected by default.

If you want coverage, no action is needed. If you do not want shipping insurance, you may remove Route Package Protection from your cart before completing your order.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping.
