To return an item, please email customer service at support@ozonepurity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or a note with your Order ID and RMA number. A return address will be emailed to you.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please package your return items securely so they are not damaged in transit. If the items are glass bottles, wrap them individually so they are not damaged in transit.
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
